How does the setup process work?

You can complete the entire process online! After you select a plan, our self-serve onboarding wizard will guide you to upload your logo, brand colors, and schedule. We'll start building your app immediately. (Of course, our team is always here if you'd rather book a call first).

Do I have to pay Apple or Google?

Yes. Because the app is completely white-labeled under your business name, Apple requires you to have your own Apple Developer account ($99/year). Google charges a one-time $25 fee. We guide you through this simple setup process.

What does the $499 Setup Fee cover?

Building a custom app takes engineering time. This one-time fee covers our team designing your app UI to match your brand, connecting your Stripe accounts, setting up your database, and pushing the code through the App Store approval processes.

Are there hidden transaction fees?

No. BookedSite takes 0% of your revenue. You only pay standard credit card processing fees directly to Stripe (typically 2.9% + 30ยข per transaction). Your money goes straight to your bank account.

Will you migrate my current clients?

Yes! If you are on the Elite plan, we offer white-glove migration to bring over your client roster and class schedules from Mindbody, WellnessLiving, or Acuity. (For other plans, we provide easy CSV import tools).

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. We don't believe in holding your business hostage with 3-year contracts. Our software is month-to-month, and you can export your client data at any time.
